If you purchase products through our website, there will be additional terms and conditions relating to the purchase. Please make sure you agree with these terms and conditions, which you will be directed to read prior to making your purchase.
Products Prices & Purchasing
Returns & Refunds
TD rainwater Tanks does not provide refunds or take returns on rainwater tanks: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have selected the correct size and colour when placing an order.
However, we will provide a refund if you have purchased the wrong product or changed your mind on all items except for rainwater tanks.

Shop Pick Up
You are welcome to pick up your goods from our office in Chipping Norton.
We will require a minimum of 2 hours notice to prepare and pack your order.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternate arrangements or give you an update as to when the item will be back in stock.
For urgent items, we recommend first calling our office to check on availability. We will do our best to accommodate your needs!
Delivery / Shipping
Our products are only shipped within Australia.
Despatch is usually within 1-2 days but there will be times when that is outside our control.
We use Couriers Please or Australia Post to deliver your goods. We may also use a third-party provider when goods are shipped directly from the Manufacturer.
Warranty
Our warranty terms are in addition to and do not replace or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
All items sold by TD Rainwater Tanks are quality products and are covered by full manufacturer’s warranty.
To claim warranty, we will generally require you to return the product to us at your own cost. We will also require your proof of purchase.
We will repair or replace a product if:
- It is deemed to have a manufacturing fault.
- You have received a product that has been damaged in transit.
- The product becomes faulty during its warranty period.
