When you contact us, there are a few things that we will need to know in order to assist you.
We will need the make and model of the rainwater pump system you have.
Useful information includes such things as whether you have an aboveground or underground tank, external or submersible pump, what your rainwater tank is connected to and what type of problem you are having.
We like to ask for photos of your installation and this is helpful to us for a variety of reasons.
- We can often diagnose the problem from the photo
- We can see what type of pipe work has been used on your installation as this will assist us when we come to site
- If you are unsure of what type of the system you have, we will more than likely be able to identify it.
- We can possibly give you an indication of approximate costs to repair or replace
